I am passionate about Science, Math, and computers, and I love helping students learn to appreciate the STEM subjects and consider careers in these fields. I currently attend Florida International University, and there I major in Computer Science and minor in Philosophy. I tutor by first finding the right teaching style to accommodate a student's unique style of learning. I then like to lead a student to success by maintaining great communication with both the student and his or her family. I don't tell students the answers to questions, but I instead help lead them through the concepts and steps they need to take to find the answer, so they can perform well when solving problems independently. I am always available and easy for my students to get in touch with by just sending me a quick email. Courses I can tutor include Algebra 1, Elementary Math, Middle School Math, Algebra 2, AP Spanish Literature and Culture, Spanish 1-4, Discrete Math, Math, Computer Science, C++, Java, and Pre-Algebra. When not tutoring, I love sports and enjoy catching good movies.
